The Governing board is represented by 7-members and all of them are women from different socio-economic and cultural background. The board strength lies in its diversity that it represents. The board meets four times in a year. The governing body is responsible to provide legislative, advisory and strategic support to the organisation. The governing body brings out various policies guidelines for better programs and financial management along with drawing up long-term perspective plans in line with the organisation’s vision and mission, reviews and approves organisational and programs budget and initiatives and undertakes recruitment of the statutory auditor.
